Q: Is the 1-on-1 QuickBooks Class live (in-person or virtual) or self-paced online?

The QuickTrainer 1-on-1 QuickBooks Class is typically conducted virtually. Since we teach clients across the country, it makes more sense to hold a virtual class. However, if you are local to the Wilmington, NC area, we would be more than happy to meet you at your office or home.

How long has QuickTrainer been providing QuickBooks Services?

Jim Merritt, the founder of QuickTrainer, has been providing QB services since August of 2001. QuickTrainer opened its doors in September 2006.

Question 2

How long is your QB 1-on-1 Class?

Accepted Answer

You receive five (5) hours of 1-on-1 class time. However, you do not have to (nor do we suggest) use all 5 hours at once.

Our first session will typically last 1 to 2 hours and you will then likely be assigned some homework.

The next session will typically last for 1 hour and so on. We encourage you to email your instructor with questions you may have in-between sessions.

We want you to be thrilled with your class experience so you will then tell others!

Know nothing about QuickBooks? We got you! Know a lot about QuickBooks? We still got you! Same things applies to your accounting knowledge or lack-there-of. We got you no matter!

Is the 1-on-1 QuickBooks Class suitable for complete beginners, or do I need some accounting knowledge?

The QuickTrainer 1-on-1 QuickBooks Class is very suitable for either. We like to say, "we will meet you where you are in your knowledge of QuickBooks and accounting".

Do I need to pre-pay for a QuickBooks 1-on-1 Class?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Since we have scheduled a time slot for your class, we want to ensure you have a vested interest in your learning experience.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash and Checks, but that hardly ever happens. :-)

Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.

Will QuickTrainer setup my QuickBooks file from the start?

Accepted Answer

We certainly can! If you are a new business or have been using another platform for your business's financial tracking, QuickTrainer can (and wants to) ensure your QuickBooks file is setup right from the start.

Question 9

Does QuickTrainer still work with clients who use QuickBooks Desktop?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! While ~90% of our clients have made the move to QuickBooks Online, we recognize that QuickBooks Online may not be the best fit for every business. We remain committed to both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
