At QuickTrainer, Inc., we are committed to providing professional, personalized services for QuickBooks® users. We value our clients' time and appreciate their understanding of our refund and cancellation policies.

One-on-One Training for QuickBooks® Users

All fees paid for One-on-One Training for QuickBooks® Users are nonrefundable.

When a client purchases training, QuickTrainer reserves dedicated instructor time specifically for that client. This commitment may prevent our instructors from accepting other billable work during the reserved time.

For this reason, training fees are nonrefundable, including when a client cancels, does not attend, or chooses not to complete their training.

We understand that schedules sometimes change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests to reschedule training sessions, subject to instructor availability.

Consulting, Data Review, Cleanup, Setup, and Bookkeeping Services

Fees for consulting, data review, cleanup, setup, bookkeeping, and other professional services are generally nonrefundable once work has begun.

If services are canceled before completion, QuickTrainer will review the work performed and determine whether any prepaid amounts for services not yet delivered qualify for a refund.

Client Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns regarding services provided by QuickTrainer, we encourage you to contact us promptly.

We are committed to providing professional service, clear communication, and reasonable solutions to client concerns.

Returns

QuickTrainer provides professional training, consulting, and accounting-related services rather than physical merchandise. Therefore, traditional product returns and exchanges do not apply.
